Erin C. Pannell, Esq.

Erin is the newest addition to Sebelin Law Offices, P.C. Prior to joining the firm, Erin was the Solicitor for Carbon County Children and Youth, where she represented the agency regarding dependency matters and ensuring the agency delivers service that focused on safety, permanency, and well-being for the families involved. Erin also served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Joseph J. Matika in the Carbon County Court of Common Pleas, where she managed internal case files, honed her legal research skills, and drafted numerous memorandums, opinions, and orders for judicial review. She also updated and revamped the Divorce Procedures for 2022 - this included updating forms, instructions, and various offices in the courthouse’s understanding of how to process divorces.


Erin is a Carbon County local. She grew up in Nesquehoning and graduated from Marian Catholic High School in 2010. After graduation, she enlisted in the United States Navy, where she served four years of Active Duty on the USS Ronald Reagan, CVN-76. She is an OEF and IEF Veteran.


After serving, Erin enrolled in Ivy Tech Community College in Indianapolis, IN, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice. Erin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Erin received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence with a concentration in criminal law and procedure from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
